In the past, I rewarded myself for consistent exercise with manicures and pedicures. Now, I’m adjusting my goals to fit my current lifestyle—seated aerobics, modified workouts, and gentle exercises. I’m focusing on what I can do, committing to 15 minutes a day, and finding new rewards for my consistency.
