Welcome to the Health Warrior Tribe. Our community is dedicated to supporting obese women on their journey toward better health. To ensure a safe and positive environment, please review and adhere to the following terms and conditions:
- Acceptance of TermsBy joining the Health Warrior Tribe, you agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in immediate and permanant revocation of membership.
- Community Guidelines
- Respect and Support: Treat all members with respect, kindness, and support.
- Confidentiality: Respect the privacy of other members. Do not share personal information without prior consent.
- Positive Engagement: Encourage each other positively. Constructive feedback is welcome but must be delivered respectfully.
- Anti-Bullying and No Shaming Policy
- Zero Tolerance: No shaming or bullying of any kind will be tolerated.
- Immediate Action: Any interactions deemed as shaming or bullying will be deleted immediately. The offending community member will be blocked from making future comments and their membership will be revoked.
- No Refund: Membership revocation due to bullying or shaming will result in immediate termination without a refund for any fees already paid.
- Content Sharing
- Responsible Posting: Share information, advice, and experiences responsibly. Ensure content is accurate and supportive.
- Health Advice: While sharing personal health journeys is encouraged, always suggest consulting a healthcare professional for personalized advice.
- Respect Others’ Privacy: Do not share other people’s personal journeys, photos, or any content that isn’t your own without obtaining prior permission. Such permissions must be shared with the Health Warrior Tribe (HW) staff before posting.
- Membership Fees and Payment
- Subscription Fees: Membership fees are billed as per the subscription plan chosen. Fees are non-refundable, except under specific circumstances approved by our management.
- Credit Card Payment Failures: If a credit card or debit card payment fails, you will be notified and given a period of 7 days to update your payment information. Failure to update payment information within this timeframe will result in suspension of membership until payment is successfully processed.
- Non-Transferability: Memberships are non-transferable and solely for the individual who registered. Sharing your account or attempting to transfer your membership to another person will result in membership termination without a refund.
- Termination of Membership
- Voluntary Termination: Members may cancel their membership at any time. No refunds will be given for memberhsips cancelled early.
- Involuntary Termination: Violation of the terms will result in immediate termination of membership with no refund. Membership will also be suspended or terminated if payment issues are not resolved within the given timeframe.
- Personal InformationWhen you sign up to receive any of our newsletters, respond to a survey, register for an event or class, or purchase any product or service, you may be required to provide us with personal information about yourself, such as your name, address, email address, and phone number. You may also offer or provide a comment, photo, image, or video while interacting with this site. All information we collect and/or receive under this section is collectively called “Personal Information.”

- Updates: We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions. Members will be notified of significant changes.
