Hey! I’m Sj, the co-founder of Health Warriors.
I started this community because I need it for myself. I need a community of women who understand me, and who will support me with compassion, even if I tell you I ate a whole pizza. I wanted to surround myself with people who understand me.

I’m glad you did work to start this space, Sarajoy. I find that people either really “get it” when it comes to food struggles, or really don’t get it. It’s nice to know it’s all safe people here.
