It’s the mental and emotional barriers: the overwhelm, the shame, the all-or-nothing thinking. Health Warriors is here to help you work through those blocks with support, compassion, and real-life strategies that meet you where you are.

As we strive to improve our quality of life, Alisa Bloom—registered dietitian and board-certified health coach—is here to guide us in making safe, evidence-based changes.

We focus on the Six Pillars of Health: Connection, Food, Movement, Self-Care, Stress Reduction, Sleep. Each month, you’ll choose one area to focus on, check in with your Tribe, and receive tools and support to help you take meaningful steps forward—at your own pace, in your own way.

Health Warriors was created by two women with a shared mission: to help women with obesity feel seen, supported, and empowered on their journey to better health.

Sarajoy Pickholtz is a digital strategist and community builder. Drawing from her own health journey and years of experience supporting women, she created a safe, empowering space where women with obesity can find real support, real talk, and real transformation—without shame or judgment.
