It’s so hard for me to move around. But I work out (almost) every day remotely with a friend. That is to say, we’re separate, but do it at the same time. The commitment really helps.

I usually do some light exercises with Justin Agustin and then some arm exercises with weights from a video I like on YouTube.

But today, I did a little extra. I decide to get some extra steps in. And I did. 500 steps. It may not seems like much, but I have to start somewhere, right?

I think the commitment partner is a good idea – glad it’s working for you!

Movement is one area I really need to work on. For whatever reason, I can’t really get motivated/satisfied by step count, but time works a little better. So right now my goal is just to add in 5 min of walking a day. It’s really hard for me to feel like there’s even a point to that, but every bit does help. And it’s crazy how much difference even that tiny bit can do to regulate my blood sugar!! So I’m aiming for 5 min a day, ideally after breakfast.

Good job for doing more than normal!!

Time works too. I do a lot of stuff by setting a timer.
