Health Warriors was created by two women with a shared mission: to help women with obesity feel seen, supported, and empowered on their journey to better health.
Sarajoy Pickholtz is an AI and digital strategist, community builder, and co-founder of Health Warriors. Having navigated her own complex relationship with weight, health, and self-worth, she brings deep empathy and understanding to the women she supports. Sarajoy knows how hard it can be to show up for yourself, and she’s passionate about creating a space where women feel seen, supported, and empowered every step of the way.
Alisa Bloom, RDN, MPH is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Health Coach, and your go-to expert in personalized wellness. With 25+ years of experience, Alisa combines compassion with science to help women make realistic, sustainable changes. You’ll find Alisa in the community, and once a month at a Zoom Face-2-Face meeting. Check out her community group, Alisa’s Corner.
