100-Day Kickstart Restart Confirmation


You have restarted the 100-Day Kickstart Program

  • The daily emails will restart. You will receive the first email shortly. (You can opt out at any time.)
  • You will need to go to the Kickstart tab in the app, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click the “Restart Program” button. You will have the option to keep the badges you’ve earned or earn them again.
  • Your Kickstart Program in the app will revert to Day 1.
  • On the Journal Prompts page, you will see a “Fresh Start” dropdown that will enable you to view previous journal entries from other times you’ve done the Kickstart.
  • THIS IS NOT REVERSIBLE.
